Thank you for your interest in my artwork. Each piece is handled with great care to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. For original artworks or custom pieces, preparation time may vary and will be communicated individually.

Shipping Time

- Spain: 2–5 business days

- Europe: 5–10 business days

- International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Larger works may be shipped in custom-built crates.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damage

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
