Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

Processing Time: All orders, including commissioned artworks, are processed within 3-5 business days after completion. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the artwork. International shipping is available.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, domestic shipments take 5-7 business days, while international shipments can take 10-21 business days.
Packaging: Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use high-quality materials to protect your investment during transit.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement.

Refund Policy

Commissioned Artwork:

Due to the personalized nature of commissioned artworks, deposits for commissions are non-refundable. The deposit will be applied towards the overall cost of the commission.
If you choose not to proceed with the commission after paying the deposit, you can apply the deposit towards any other products available on our website.

Original Artworks and Prints:

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the artwork. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom and commissioned artworks, as well as sale items or gift cards, are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage during shipping.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and the details of the item you would like to exchange it for. Exchanges are subject to availability.
